Notary Services

Florida-commissioned notary public — by appointment, in office or mobile.

Acknowledgments, affidavits, loan signings, copy certifications, and marriage ceremonies — handled with care, in English, French, Creole, or Français.

What a Florida notary public does

A notary public is a state-commissioned officer authorized to witness signatures, administer oaths, and certify documents. In Florida, notaries can also perform marriage ceremonies — a unique authority that few states grant.

Whether you need a document notarized for real estate, immigration, court, school, or a family matter, Jacky can handle the appointment in office, at your home, or at a neutral location convenient to you.

Services offered

Acknowledgments

The most common type of notarization — confirming that you personally appeared, were identified, and willingly signed the document. Used for deeds, powers of attorney, contracts, and more.

Jurats & affidavits

A jurat verifies that you signed under oath and that the statements in the document are true. Used for affidavits, sworn statements, and court-related filings.

Loan signings & closings

Mortgage refinances, home equity lines, and real estate closings often require a notary signing agent. Available for in-person or mobile signings across Broward County.

Copy certifications

Certify a true copy of an original document — passports, diplomas, licenses, and similar records. Useful when the issuing agency can't or won't provide a certified copy.

Marriage ceremonies

Florida is one of only three states where notaries can perform marriages. Civil, bilingual, and personalized — perfect for courthouse-alternative weddings or small private ceremonies.

Mobile & after-hours service

Hospital signings, home visits for elderly or homebound clients, and after-hours appointments are available by arrangement. We come to you when you can't come to us.
